'More may drown without better swimming lessons'
Swimming is an essential skill
that children should have. Many schools in Britain support school to have
swimming program in 25m (82ft), the length of a standard pool.
From the research, the Amateur Swimming
Association (ASA) found that half of seven- to 11-year-olds in England, some
1.1 million children, cannot swim the length of a standard pool. School should
focus PE inspections on swimming as "it is the only sport that can save
lives". There are 47 people who were age under 19 died from drowning,
according to the most recent figures from the
National Water Safety Forum. These numbers could increase in future if the
current issues with school swimming program are not addressed. The high cost of
swimming lessons, the price of transport and lack of time in school day all
impacted negatively on school swimming provision.
To sum up, everyone should focus on swimming program because they are
skills that can safe children’ lives. Building swimming pool have to be same
the standard pool. Children can swim with standard length, too.

This policy is a good standard for children in
school. Because there’re several numbers of people who died from drown while
swimming. Children are big group that are in of those number. The government
should continue this standard in school to practice swimming skill to students.
