Week 13: Listening - Did you fart?


Did you fart?

Adam Bradshaw is the famous foreigner teacher. His TV programs are in many channels in Thailand. The breakdown is one of those programs. It is available on modern nine TV at 16:05 pm. Today, Adam suggested about “Did you fart?”.
In Ask Adam section, there is question to ask people that they fart or not. He suggested “Did you fart?”. Another word that is gentler than fart is pass gas. You should say “Did you pass gas?”. Moreover, rip one is a word that you can say in informal situation. It is slang word. In phrase, people often say “cut the cheese”. This phrase came from the expire cheese that make bad smell.
To sum up, you can say in many kind of sentence to ask whoever that you think they made bad gas. For example, there are fart, pass gas (gentle), rip one (slang) and cut the cheese (phrase).
